Dalliance Sexual Wellness Collective is seeking provisionally-licensed or pre-licensed MFTs and LPCs. Dalliance is a Parker, CO-based relationship and sexual wellness private practice specializing in the comprehensive care of relational and sexual health through the integration of psychotherapy (individual, relationship & sex therapy), and future group therapy opportunities. We are seeking enthusiastic, compassionate, self-motivated practitioners. The position has the option to start off as either full-time or part-time. If part-time, there is a possibility to become full-time as your caseload grows. 

*We are currently offering in-office and Telehealth services, so internship may be hybrid, remote, or in-office

Compensation:

  • $60+ / clinical hour

  • $20 / hour for administrative duties

Responsibilities:

  • Provide psychotherapy for clients seeking to address personal, relational, and sexual concerns

  • Coordinate basic intake and billing paperwork for clientele and provide them with accurate

  • Maintain clinical records and progress notes

  • Create individualized treatment plans for each case

  • Respond to emails and phone calls within 24 hour business hours

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • Master's in accredited Marriage and Family Therapy graduate program (Required)

  • Pre-Licensed, Provisionally Licensed AMFT or MFTC

  • Eligible to practice under the supervision of an LMFT in the states of Colorado or Illinois

  • Strong foundational training in treating relational concerns using a systemic, attachment-based, and trauma-informed lens

  • Compliance with and knowledge of HIPAA guidelines

  • Able to effectively communicate, receive constructive feedback, and work autonomously

  • Must be independent, driven, open-minded, compassionate, interpersonal, and a team player

  • Have excellent interpersonal skills and organizational/time management skills

  • Embrace a growth mindset—you feel confident in your abilities as a therapist and are also willing to learn

  • Adherence to standards of service operations, documentation, and confidentiality at all times

  • Ability to use electronic/digital devices and applications for long, uninterrupted periods of time

  • Interest in working with couples and individuals experiencing relationship distress, sexual concerns, and naturally sees their concerns from a systemic, attachment-based perspective

  • Availability to work 1-2 weeknights and/or one weekend day a week

  • Interest in or experience working with the LGBTQIA+, Polyamorous/CNM and BDSM/Kink communities

  • Ability to work independently to provide clients with an exceptional therapy experience by representing Dalliance through excellent clinical judgment and professional conduct at all times

  • Reliable transportation to and from Dalliance’s offices and/or reliable, high-speed internet access in a confidential, quiet, work-from-home environment

  • Must be interested and excited to be part of a growing practice
