about LYDIA

“The quality of your life ultimately depends on the quality of your relationships.”

– Esther Perel

I am a relationship and individual therapist who enjoys working with couples, families, and individuals from all backgrounds and sexual orientations. I use a relational and somatic approach to not only help clients develop more meaningful relationships but to also encourage clients to reconnect with themselves. My goal is to support my clients on their journey through the inevitable twists and turns of relationships, sexuality, and personal discovery.

My therapeutic style is supportive, compassionate, and attuned. I bring a calm and open-minded presence to the therapy room. I whole-heartedly believe that my clients are the expert of their own experiences. I am here to accompany them as they uncover their story by asking questions that encourage curiosity and self-acceptance. I am passionate about clients feeling seen and heard and I offer them a space to speak their truth without being shamed or ridiculed.

I value providing therapy that is trauma-informed, sex-positive, and LGBTQIA+ affirming.

In my free time I love making delicious meals, writing poetry, and spending time under big open skies with my family.
